It’s a common conundrum for arts organizations on a shoestring budget: They could sell more tickets—and woo more donors—if only they knew exactly who was coming to their shows.

But crunching audience data is a hurdle for small arts groups, who often store information piecemeal in spreadsheets and email lists, and can’t afford high-powered software to pull it all together.
