Humanities Montana invites proposals that strengthen cooperative relationships among communities and cultural organizations, and enrich civic discourse among the state’s diverse cultures and across its geographical distances.
Deadline: Wednesday November 20 – Regular Grants (up to $5,000)
Deadline: Friday December 20 – Major Grants (over $5,000)
Deadline: at least four weeks prior to the supported program – Opportunity Grants (up to $1,000)
Black Rock Arts Foundation are accepting grant proposals for highly interactive, community-driven art projects that prioritize community involvement from artist collectives or organizations.
Deadline: Sunday December 1
The Museums for America Grant Program supports projects that strengthen the ability of an individual museum to serve its public.
Deadline: Tuesday December 2
Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation’s USArtists International Grants are available to American dance, music and theater ensembles that have been invited to perform at significant international festivals outside of the United States.
Deadline: Friday December 6
ArtPlace America awards grants to projects that involve arts organizations with local and national partners on place-based strategies that can transform communities.
Deadline: Friday December 13
American Music Abroad, a cultural exchange program that uses music as a means to engage audiences worldwide, invites applications from bands and ensembles from any characteristically American musical genres.   
Deadline: January 6, 2014.
National Endowment for the Humanities Development and Production grants are available for interactive digital media, film, television and radio projects beginning August 2014.
Deadlines: January 8, 2014
Children’s Theatre Foundation of America: Aurand Harris Grants Program invites requests up to $5,000 for small and mid-size theatres.
Deadline: January 15, 2014 
Southern Exposure: Performing Arts of Latin America program provides support to consortia of arts presenters in order to bring exemplary performing artists from Latin America to audiences across the United States.
Deadline: February 28, 2014
Is your community part of the Montana Main Street program?  Main Street is dedicated to bettering the economic, historic, and cultural vitality of Montana downtowns through community development, revitalization, and historic preservation.
Ongoing application reviews begin November 15th.
