APAP webinars Aug. 11 and Sept. 15 with
Neill Archer Roan: Thinking Strategically to Increase the Impact of Your Communications APAP Share One of the “big picture” goals of an arts leader — both veteran and emerging — is to think strategically and to communicate effectively. How do you choose the best strategies to achieve these results? With limited resources, how can you succeed? What approaches will make your organization and your staff function optimally to accomplish your mission?
To address these important questions, the Association of Performing Arts Presenters is hosting two Strategic Communications Webinars featuring communications expert Neill Archer Roan of The Roan Group, a strategy consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. The webinars, which explore strategies for organizational success, will take place 4 p.m. (EDT) Thursday, Aug. 11 and Sept. 15. Part One of the series is open to APAP members as well as non-members. Click here to register.
Every organizational strategy requires resources, says Roan. His webinars cover a range of models — from classic to cutting edge — that will empower participants to more effectively describe, explain and sell strategies to their leadership and boards of directors. Participants will receive detailed instructions and examples that show — simply and clearly — how to position an organization effectively and craft a winning brand strategy.
This is a participant-based webinar designed to open dialogue about strategic thinking. Roan is a dynamic and engaging speaker, and we’re excited to pair with him on this special program for members as well as non-members who join us for Part One on August 11. We have a hunch participants will want to return for Part Two on September 15.
